We partnered with GloBird to transform their customer experience through a complete reimagining of their iOS and Android applications. The project involved a heavy UX process, prioritising features and designing journeys that simplified complex energy services. By clarifying information and streamlining interactions, we reduced reliance on customer service calls and delivered a more intuitive, self-service platform for users.
