The Project

To design and develop a contemporary, consumer-focused website that better supports customer journeys, provides clearer pathways across their diverse services, and delivers an experience aligned to Uniting AgeWell’s brand, values, and industry leadership.

Objectives

Enhancing information pathways

As Uniting AgeWell’s service offerings continued to grow, so did the need for a more intuitive way for users to navigate the website. This project created an opportunity to streamline pathways, improve clarity, and ensure users can quickly access the information most relevant to them.

Refining and elevating content

With a wealth of information available, Uniting AgeWell sought a more structured and strategically curated content approach. Our work focused on presenting content in ways that support decision-making, provide meaningful value, and improve overall user engagement.

Supporting stronger digital conversions

By improving user flows, clarity of messaging, and the quality of information available, the project offered an opportunity to strengthen conversion performance and ensure enquiries were more aligned to service capabilities and customer readiness.
