Community Sector Banking needed a fresh new website that would emphasise their expert offering and give their customers an intuitive experience to fulfil their banking needs.

The solution
The website design needed to establish trust and communicate the seriousness associated with a banking service. As a community-centred company, the website also needed to reflect warmth and have a welcoming, modern and fresh feel. This was achieved through the inspiring real-life image assets, a colour palette that popped and two complementing typefaces that felt both warm and trustworthy.
The main feature of the website is the 'Action Zone' an innovative take on a sticky navigation, giving Community Sector Banking's customers quick access to the areas of the site that they'd use to carry out customer-oriented actions. This secondary navigation was designed to be docked to the bottom of the user's device, allowing existing customers to quickly find anything associated with them as a customer within the 'Customer Zone'. It also gives Community Sector Banking's customer service team an easy and repeatable way of directing users to the most actionable parts of the website over the phone.
