The Project

The previous site architecture and design are outdated, resulting in a high bounce rate. Traffic campaigns are not being effectively tracked and social media isn't being utilised to its full potential as a channel. JTB Studios is tasked to come up with a solution and redesign the current website plus a new approach with a campaign strategy.

Objective

Decrease in leads and un-engaged audience.
Establish as Sydney's authority for counselling & psychology practitioners.
Create an online environment which exemplifies the credibility and spirit of Sydney Counselling.

Using high-quality design to create impact and efficient site architecture for the user to find navigation simple and concise and by educating users to create insight and lead to a mindset of hope.
