Our research identified that users could not distinguish between the different services available to them within the portal. To solve this problem we implemented colour coding and individually branding for each member service; allowing users to easily distinguish between them. In addition we added the ability for users to save services to their dashboard so they can access them more easily at a later date.

A clean and light user interface was implemented to simplify a relativity complex Dentist Network forum. Distinct areas were separated using soft shadows and crisp key lines; allowing each element to be appear separate and easy to scan, but still allowing the interface to be cohesive. Additionally each chat category is tagged with a unique colour so users can easily identify which topic they are in.
