JV Recruitment came to us with an existing brand and website in need of a smart refresh to reinforce their position as market leaders in the construction recruitment industry. Established in 2013, the JV Recruitment website had not been updated since inception and was not being utilised as a marketing platform.

The solution

The primary revamp of the site involved simplifying and enhancing the overall user journey and experience to increase conversions, including driving users to contact JV by including strong Calls To Action. Additional design features highlighted their credibility and unique offering to stand out amongst competitors, and easy CV drop off for potential candidates.
The overall brand look and feel (including the logo) felt outdated and did not reflect the goals and personality of the company or industry. With extensive research, the logo was updated to reflect JV Recruitment as the most trustworthy and professional solution when it comes to the building industry's staffing needs.
