The Project
Liberty Financials Spark+ application is a comprehensive platform for loan applications. The application hasn’t received a major uplift since it’s initial inception over ten years ago. In its current state, the application is robust and only suitable for B2B transactions.

Objective
Uplifted the digital identity for the liberty spark+ application and redefine the architecture to provide a better user experience.

Solution
A new digital brand language was established for the application, to deliver intuitive controls and enhance accessibility. The navigation was completely overhauled and replaced by a three-tiered system. The content and structure were reconsidered to allow for an optimal workflow and a new progression system was rolled out so the user could easily stay on top of their application at all times.

User Experience
We elevated the current application from being tablet only, to work across all devices. Though coming from a specific audience we were aware that the uplifted application would need to prioritise tablet. All the elements were designed to scale and stack with ease, and a consistent experience was implemented across desktop and tablet builds.
Navigation
While Spark+ is a B2B platform primarily used by advisers and brokers, considerations were made for a B2C audience too. The multi-levelled navigation, progression system and layout of individual questions were all designed to cater towards tow different user groups.
