Affordable luxury

Lustone is a newcomer to the leather goods market in Australia, specialising in bags and accessories. The brand was born after identifying a gap in the Australian market for a fashionable, designer leather bag at an affordable price point. Lūstone aims to fill that gap, offering premium designer leather goods with an edge, in the mid-tier price range. Lūstone will offer its customers a luxurious purchasing experience end to end, without the high end price tag.

The project
Lustone required a new ecommerce store to sell its unique product online and create a strong online identity which would be used across a larger strategy across all their digital channels.
The aim of the website is to connect customers with the Lustone brand, to develop trust and confidence in the product.
The solution
Using the brand’s fashion savvy, yet edgy feel as a key focus, we created an immersive and high end experience online which would aid the user in exploration and the overall discovery of the brand and product. The user's journey was carefully considered as part of an overall strategy to match the personal experience a customer would expect in a physical store. Each page has been carefully structured to assist Lūstone's different users during the decision making part of their journey.
