The project
Melbourne's best tours were looking to increase the number of overall bookings over the winter period, especially the June and September months (where people aren’t aware there is still snow at Mt Buller during this time).
They offered a unique service which people weren't aware of which set them aside from he competition and these needed to be better communicated online.
While they were popular amongst international visitors, they needed to appeal more to the English speaking customer.

The solution
The ultimate goal was to creating an online sales tool that works. We did this by marrying the premium VIP on-tour experience with the customer’s online experience.
We captured the user’s attention by incorporating the latest design trends to highlight our unique selling point - the nostress approach to touring with Melbourne’s Best Tours. By incorporating a modern aesthetic we will be instilling trust and confidence in the user to encourage on-the-spot bookings.
What was the key to securing the most online bookings was considering the customer's journey. We implemented video content at both the brand awareness and decision making stage of the buyer’s journey, we are influencing them at a critical point and have more opportunity to increase the conversion rate this way.
