St Kilda Football Club 150 years website

History done differently. 150 Years of St Kilda Football Club.

St Kilda Football Club approached JTB to Design and Build a website celebrating the 150-year history of St Kilda Football Club. The website was to be a celebration of not only the last 150 years but to pay homage to the dedication of the fans who are at the heart of the club. Working closely with the St Kilda marketing team the website was part of a much bigger marketing campaign including game day celebrations, TVC, and online marketing.

Push the envelope for creativity and engagement
The club wanted to make an impact within their industry with this website. Other clubs had already produced similar ‘history’ themed websites. St Kilda wanted to make sure their’s was one to remember.
Increase Membership to 
70,000 Members in 2023.
The website wasn’t just a pretty exploration of history. The club has a huge following, but only a small paying member base. The website was a way to engage those fans to become club members.
Always on, a living museum
This was more than a short-term campaign microsite. While the purpose was to support the 150 years campaign for the year, the intent is for it to live on and have constant updates—forming a digital museum of the club’s history.
