The Project

Develop a new online presence that builds a strong connection with users cementing the knowledge that Tip Top Butchers high quality meat products are unparalleled in Australia whilst demonstrating why Tip Top Butchers are the industry leaders in wholesale meat products.

Objective

Allow Tip Top Butchers to become the industry authority in wholesale meats, creating trust around their products and services. Ensure that customers feel safe and confident in choosing Tip Top Meats as their wholesaler of choice.

The Solution

JTB Studios developed a multi stage digital strategy designed to instil the knowledge in their customers that they offer the most reputable wholesale meats service in Australia. Do achieve this we repositioned the brand with a new logo & identity, commissioning new product photography, and developed a state of the art ecommerce solution, including Sales Force integration to meet their business grow ambitions.

The logo and branding were complete revised helping bring the brand up to date and position them into the premium sector.

To conclude our user research, Tip Top's user personas are primarily restaurant owners, sou chief and chiefs, their focus and motivations are based around seeking information on the meat brands, ensuring product's quality on their menu, getting a quote to compare against others in the market.
