The project

TIV needs to improve the communication and education process of their unique training courses to potential students through their website. The current website does not structure information in a way to aid users understanding, navigation is difficult and there is an opportunity to improve calls to action.

The solution

By structuring the website in a way that built user trust, we created a tool that would help TIV generate more sales. We utilised TIV's excellent rapport with their past students by including student testimonials throughout the whole website. Call to actions were highlighted in numerous ways through the use of colour and hierarchy. We paid close attention to the information that was necessary to inform a users decision which also resulted in a dynamic back end.
