Joining us as a Performance Manager at JTB Studios, Alisha Rutherford specialises in helping brands connect with customers by crafting one-of-a-kind marketing strategies.
A creative thinker with a passion for behavioural science and communications, Alisha combines data analysis with real human insights to introduce concepts based on proven theories rather than assumptions.
Dedicated to bringing out the best in people and businesses alike, she focuses all of her efforts towards getting the best return on investment (ROI) for her clients, as well as driving solutions to change and improve the digital experience for users.
Embracing all opportunities that come her way, she has created, managed and delivered digital projects for a variety of industries including NFP’s, Finance, Software and Education & Training. Her natural ability to collaborate has also seen her form a number of successful corporate partnerships earning her the title of Partnership Manager. She worked across both partnerships and digital marketing before moving into digital full time as a Digital Marketing Strategist in the finance sector.

Defining your goals and realistic KPI’s to monitor and improve actions such as phone calls, newsletter sign ups, time on page, number of pages viewed, bounce rates and a plethora of other goals to proactively provide data-driven solutions and improve the online user journey for each of your unique customer segments.
Outside of work Alisha keeps herself busy with gym, travelling, cooking, brunching out at the newest cafes in town, maintaining a vibrant social life and spending quality time with her family.
