Accessibility & Compliance (AA/AAA)

Provide an inclusive user experience and ensure regulatory compliance

01
What is Accessibility & Compliance?
Web accessibility refers to the practice of designing and developing websites and web applications that can be used by people with disabilities, such as visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive impairments.
The goal of web accessibility is to ensure that everyone, regardless of their abilities or disabilities, can access and use web content, navigate websites, and interact with web-based applications.
02
Web accessibility involves a range of practices, including:

Designing websites with clear and consistent layouts, color schemes, and typography that are easy to read and navigate.

Providing alternative text for images and other visual content, so that people who are blind or have low vision can understand the content.

Providing captions or transcripts for audio and video content, so that people who are deaf or hard of hearing can understand the content.

Using clear and concise language that is easy to understand, and avoiding jargon or complex terms that may be difficult for people with cognitive or language disabilities to understand.
